# X (Twitter) MCP Server

SocialToAI is a hosted MCP server that lets your AI read X (Twitter): search posts and read post details, comments, account profiles, an account's posts and the trending list. You add one address to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor; there is no X account, login or cookie to provide and nothing to install. Calls cost 1 to 6 credits each (from $0.002); failed calls are free. ## What it cannot do

- **Fields X does not give**: They come back as null and are listed in the answer's unavailable, so your AI reads them as “not given”, not as zero. `title`, `metrics.shares`, `is_pinned`, `id`, `heat`, `url`, `parent_id`, `root_id`
- **It reads. It does not post.**: Your AI cannot post, comment, like, follow or send messages on X through SocialToAI.
- **Only what is publicly visible**: Content and account information anyone can see on X. Nothing behind a login: no private accounts, no direct messages, no feed of your own.
