# 如何让 Claude 读小红书、抖音和 TikTok

Claude 可以通过 SocialToAI 托管的 MCP 服务读 18 个平台（包括小红书、抖音和 TikTok）上公开可见的内容：粘贴一个地址，用邮箱验证码登录后点“允许”，不用复制 Key。每次调用 1 积分起（≈ $0.002–$0.0033），失败不扣。

## 接入 Claude

Claude 用登录的方式连接：填入 MCP 地址，登录 SocialToAI，允许这个连接。本机不用装任何东西，也不用复制 Key。

- 在 Claude 网页版或桌面版打开 Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector。
- 名称填 SocialToAI，粘贴地址后添加。高级设置留空。
- 点 Connect，用邮箱验证码登录 SocialToAI，再点“允许”。
- 在对话里打开这个连接器，直接提问。

> **注意** 不用复制 Key：连接会出现在控制台的 API Key 页里，名字是 Claude，可以给它设每日上限或撤销。

> **注意** Claude 免费版只能添加一个自定义连接器。

## 确认接好了

问 Claude：“你能用哪些 SocialToAI 工具？”它会列出 18 个工具，查找和列出它们不扣积分。之后直接用大白话问，不用点名工具或参数，客户端会自己选。

## 花多少

每次调用 1 积分起（≈ $0.002–$0.0033），每次返回都写明扣了多少、还剩多少。调用失败不扣；搜索正常执行但没搜到，照常按一次调用扣。注册送 100 积分，不用绑卡。积分不过期，不订阅。详见[价格](https://socialtoai.com/zh/pricing.md)。

这个连接会列在控制台的 API Key 页里，名字是 Claude。可以在那里给它设每日上限，也可以随时撤销。

## 常见问题

### 需要各平台的账号吗？

不需要。SocialToAI 读的是各平台上公开可见的内容，你不用登录这些平台，也不用提供 Cookie。

### 我的 Key 在哪？

不用管 Key：Claude 拿到的是 SocialToAI 给它的登录授权，你可以在控制台撤销。不要把 Key 贴进对话。
