Privacy
SocialToAI keeps what it needs to run your account: your email, your keys as hashes, and a record of each call with its credits. It keeps the answer to each charged call for 24 hours so you can read it again, never in its logs, and it does not sell your data.
What we keep
Your email address, to sign you in and to send receipts and service notices. If you sign in with Google, Google also passes on your Google account's name, profile picture and account ID; they stay with your sign-in and are used for nothing else. A record of each call: which interface, when, how many credits, and whether it succeeded. Payment records from the payment provider; card numbers never reach us.
What we do not keep
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes: we cannot read a key back. Logs and call records do not hold the content a platform returned. The answer to a call is kept, sealed, for 24 hours so the key that made it can read it again for free; then it is deleted.
Analytics
We count page views and a few product events in aggregate, such as how often each kind of page is opened and where its visitors came from (search engine, AI assistant, another site or none), or how often sign-in is opened, a key is copied or purchase is clicked. The site reports them to our own servers: no cookies, no third-party analytics, and nothing that identifies you or your browser is stored with the counts. A browser that sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control reports nothing. Where your first visit came from (the kind of first page, the referring site and campaign tags, never a full address) is kept in your own browser's storage for this site, for up to 90 days, and is removed once you sign in. When an account is created we store it with the account, never search terms or anything you typed. When an AI client connects with your key or connection, we note the name it gives itself, such as the name of the app. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
Who else sees it
The services that host the site and the database, run sign-in, deliver email and process payments handle your data on our behalf, for those purposes only.
If you sign in with Google, Google learns that you signed in to SocialToAI; we receive nothing from your Google account beyond what is listed above.
To analyse content when you run a tool, we send the public posts and comments it collected to an AI model provider; nothing that identifies your account is sent.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from its settings. For anything else about your data, write to support@socialtoai.com.
