Terms
These terms cover the use of SocialToAI, an API and MCP server that returns content and account information publicly visible on social platforms. In short: you pay with prepaid credits, failed calls are free, credits never expire and are not refunded, and you are responsible for how you use what you read.
Accounts and keys
You sign in with your Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email. API keys are shown once, when they are created. Keep them secret: calls made with your keys are charged to your account. If a key may have leaked, revoke it and create a new one.
Credits and payment
Calls are paid with prepaid credits. Credits are bought in US dollars, by card or Alipay, and never expire. There is no subscription. Purchases are not refundable. Credits given on sign-up are a gift and have no cash value.
What is charged
A successful call is charged the credits published for it, including a search that ran and found nothing. A call that fails is not charged. Prices change only by publishing a new price version with the date it takes effect.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and within the published rate limits. Do not try to identify the people behind anonymised comments, do not resell or share keys, and do not use the service to harass anyone. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the data.
The data
Answers hold content and account information that is publicly visible on the platform at the time of the call. Platforms change: an interface can be paused, and a field a platform does not give is returned as null.
