Does Bilibili have an official API? Is this server official?

Not for public content: Bilibili's open platform returns only the videos and stats of users who authorise your app. This MCP server is run by SocialToAI; it is not the platform's own and is not affiliated with it. Source: openhome.bilibili.com, checked 2026-10-17.

Can Claude and ChatGPT use it?

Yes. In Claude or ChatGPT, on the web or the desktop app, paste the address above as a custom connector, sign in with a code sent to your email and press Allow. Claude Code and Codex take one command and Cursor a short config, then the same sign-in; a tool that only takes headers uses a key.

Do I need a Bilibili account?

No. No account of yours needed, your accounts stay out of it: no Bilibili login, no cookie, nothing to install. It reads what is publicly visible on Bilibili, and it cannot post.
