Can Doubao read Xiaohongshu, Douyin and WeChat articles?
In the Doubao app, not by this route: on 2026-11-06 we found no official page on adding your own MCP server to it. What it can read by itself is for ByteDance to say. With Doubao's models on Volcano Ark, yes: its Responses API can call a remote MCP server, so a program of yours can read Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin, WeChat Official Account articles through SocialToAI with one key.

- Paste the text in. The app can read what you give it. For one article or a few comments that is enough.
- Use a client that can connect. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others take one address and read through SocialToAI.
- From your own program, with Doubao's models: on Volcano Ark, declare the server as a tool of type
