Turn WeChat Official Account articles into RSS, or push them to Feishu and WeCom
WeChat's Official Account APIs manage your own account only, with no interface for reading other accounts' articles. To follow an account in a feed reader, or get its new articles in a Feishu or WeCom group, make a watch: it checks the account daily or weekly, and gives you a private RSS address and group pushes. A run is 12 credits, 372 a month if daily ($1.24). Failed runs are free.
What WeChat's own APIs do
WeChat Official Account APIs let an account manage its own content: materials, drafts, publishing, comments and analytics. The documentation lists no interface for reading other accounts' articles.

Find the account's ID
The call takes the account's original ID, which starts with gh_ (such as gh_13c97ab93ce8), not its name. The simple way: give your AI one article from the account and ask for its ID; reading the article is 12 credits, and its author.id is the ID.
Get a private RSS address
- Sign in and open the Playground on this call: 100 credits free on sign-up, no card.
- Fill in

- On the Tasks page press “Copy RSS” and paste the address into your reader.
Or tell your AI once it is connected over MCP: “Check gh_13c97ab93ce8 every morning and give me the watch's RSS address.” It previews the watch and makes it after you agree. The first run only notes what is there already; from the next run on, the feed carries what is new. Each item has the article's title, link, date and the start of its text for 24 hours after its run, then its link and date; a reader that refreshes daily keeps what it read. Anyone with the address can read the feed, so keep it private; you can change it or switch it off.
Push to a Feishu or WeCom group
Add a custom bot to the group, copy its webhook address, and give it to the watch. We post a test message first; if the group does not take it, the watch is not made. After that, each run that found something new posts how many there are, the first 5 links, what the run cost and a link to the console. The message holds no article text.

Follow a topic instead of an account
A watch can run a search too: wechat.search with sort set to latest, 12 credits a run. Results that the platform gives no link for have none. Each watch is one account or one search.

The 100 credits you get on sign-up cover 8 runs. A free account holds 1 watch; one that has bought credits holds 20. When the free credits run out the watch pauses and charges nothing. It updates daily or weekly, not in real time.

Do I need a WeChat account or a reading account of my own?
No. It uses no account of yours, so it cannot affect your account, and nothing needs scanning or renewing.
Does the feed have the full article?
No: the title, the link, the date and the start of the text. To read an article in full, give it to your AI; that is one more call, 12 credits.
How quickly do new articles arrive?
At the next run: daily or weekly, at the time you choose. It is not real time.
What goes into the Feishu or WeCom message?
