How to find creators on Xiaohongshu PGY and Douyin Xingtu
Xiaohongshu's PGY (蒲公英) and Douyin's Xingtu (星图) are the platforms' own creator marketplaces, and you normally read them signed in to their back offices. Here the same data is an interface: search for a creator, then read their profile, audience and, on Xingtu, rate card, with no back-office login of yours. A PGY search is 24 credits, a Xingtu search 3 credits. Failed calls are free.
What the official sites are
Xiaohongshu PGY and Xingtu are where brands find creators and place orders on each platform. Orders still go through them: what is here reads the data, and it cannot book anyone.
Xiaohongshu's open platform currently offers login only: after the app passes review, it can read the basic profile (nickname, avatar) of users who authorise it. No API for reading public notes or comments is documented.
